Embedded RANGER of Atlantik Elektronik is one of the BEST OF 2012 innovations for SMEs

RANGER has convinced with outstanding technical innovations

The Atlantik Elektronik GmbH was chosen in the top 20 IT innovations of the year with their Embedded RANGER concept. In that way the RANGER belongs to the most innovative and best qualified products for SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) in the category hardware.

With its Embedded RANGER concept Atlantik Elektronik convinced more than 100 judges and could reach a top 20 position of over 2,500 candidates.

The jury of experts consisting of professors, scientists, industry and IT-experts as well as specialized journalists evaluated more than 2,500 products in 40 categories according to the criteria such as innovation, practical relevance and suitability for SMEs.

General Manager Ottmar Flach is particularly pleased about the positioning at the Innovationspreis 2012: "I think it is mainly this innovative mix of latest and most efficient microcontroller and communication technology, which has convinced our customers and the jury of experts."

The technological basis of the RANGER are miniaturized modules scalable in performance classes with complete peripherals.
The high packing density of all components, realized by the modular assembly concept (MAC) allows the full incorporation of the most complex electronics as embedded system in the smallest space.
